What it is

CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movement at an intensity that's right for you. Every class is coached start to finish: a warm-up, strength or skill work, then the workout of the day, all scaled to your level. No two days look the same, and you're never training alone.

  • Experienced lifters who want to be pushed
  • People who train better in a group

When it runs

Classes run morning to night, Monday through Friday, plus weekend mornings.
